Discipline Referral Error

On August 14, 2025, a disciplinary referral was submitted under the wrong year, 2025 instead of 2026.  The incident number is 14287 submitted for Misael Garcia on 8/14/25.  Would you please delete this report.

I was not able to open Incident 170 for August 6, 2025.  It was submitted in error.  The situation was taken care of on Incident 251.  Would you please delete this report as well.
