Therapy Notes with No MD listed

Good afternoon, at the attendance training it was indicated that we may code MD or MDA when we receive a medical note from physician licensed to practice in the United States.

I have received a therapy note form LOVE Occupational therapy services and it is signed by “Love Therapy Staff”. No MD name or signature, are these notes also coded “MD" o “MDA”?

Please clarify because we also get speech therapy notes like this.
